The purpose of the Little Lambdas initiative is to provide girls ages 13-17 with support and early access to resources, training, and  networking opportunities to confidently position themselves as entrepreneurs. 

 

By implementing the three pillars of Eta Eta Lambda the older sisters will:

Lead through mentorship, engaging with each other, building their networking contacts, and helping define a path toward their entrepreneurial goals. Inspire by showing them that it is possible to be successful in any industry. Eta Eta Lambda has industry professionals equipped to show these young professionals how to take their ideas to the next level. Amplify by encouraging the girls to fulfill the goals they set. Through service projects, group activities, and workshops the girls will be able to blossom into thriving young entrepreneuHERs.
